Modern gas analysis and process measurement technology can support the process industry to solve the significant challenges: Scarcer resources and increasing costs for energy transport demand more efficiency. Environmental considerations are increasingly coming to the fore in the context of ever-tightening global regulations and laws. Globalization, as well as the increasing competition from emerging countries, offers the chance – but also the risk – of a worldwide market and competition. With our proven solutions and pronounced expertise, we are able to support our customers and partners fully in order to jointly develop customized solutions for increased efficiency in production systems and processes.
Our decades of experience in the planning, design and commissioning of system solutions make us a partner you can depend upon. The systems for process gas analysis (PGA) are modularly designed and tailored to individual requirements. You will also benefit from detailed personal advice and flexible service throughout the entire project – from project planning right through to lifetime maintenance. That means more efficient schedules, lower costs, and less risk.
In-situ technology: The right solution for fast and unfalsified measurement results
Thanks to our innovative in-situ measurement technology, the measuring devices can be installed in the duct through which the gas flows and directly at the measurement location. This device solution is characterized in particular by very short response times and minimal maintenance requirements. The measurement occurs across the entire gas-conducting duct (cross-duct type) or in a longer measuring path in the case of the measuring probe type. This enables the in-situ gas analyzers to deliver more representative measured values than an extractive solution.
Advantages of the in-situ measurement technology:
Direct and unfalsified measurement
Fast measurement – almost in real time
Low Maintenance effort
Extractive technology: Accurate measurement results even under difficult conditions
Our extractive gas analyzers can be used in a broad range of applications. A partial gas flow is removed from the gas-conducting duct through selected measuring probes, conditioned, and then fed to the analyzer module under constant conditions. The entire gas treatment – from sampling and conditioning right through to analysis – is optimally designed for the particular measuring task. This flexibility enables aggressive, flammable or poisonous gases to be measured – even under difficult process conditions such as high temperatures, pressures or dust loads.
Advantages of extractive gas analysis:
High level of flexibility
Measurement even under different process conditions
Very accurate measurement
